My outdoor shoots take place an hour or so before sunset – The light is best at this time and that’s what we want – nice soft lighting. Obviously the actual time will depend on the time of year but don’t worry we will discuss this prior to our shoot. I understand this can be a late bedtime for the younger ones – I promise you the 1 late night will be worth it. Location wise – I am located in a small village on the outskirts of Atherstone, Warwickshire, actually just on the Warwickshire/Leicestershire border. I have some gorgeous locations I love to use and know work well. These are roughly within 25/30 minutes from Coventry, Birmingham, Solihull, Sutton Coldfield, Ashby De La Zouch, Market Bosworth and surrounding areas. I am happy to travel free of charge within 25 miles of my home.

Don’t stress it, I am here to help! You will receive a style guide once you are booked in to help you out. I have a small client wardrobe that you’re welcome to use if you wish.

Honestly I have my own children – I know things don’t always go to plan, tears, tantrums, runaways, shyness – I have seen it all. We have the time for your children to feel comfortable and at ease with me. It’ll be fine – don’t panic! I am used to beautiful chaos (Or just chaos if you like) Bring some bribes along to the session, avoid chocolate though – we all know the potential mess that can come from 1 chocolate button.

You’re in good hands – Don’t worry! I know it can feel strange and awkward. I do my best to empower you into feeling like the goddess you truly are. The way I photograph and work, you’ll believe we have be friends for years. I endeavor to make you feel as comfortable as possible with me. In my questionnaire there’s a space for you to tell me about anything you’re uncomfortable about or feel like you would like to share with me prior to our shoot.

Let’s start with the rain bit, this is England, it rains a fair bit! If it’s truly awful – we will reschedule to my nearest available appointment. If it’s just a light shower or two and cloudy, these can make some amazingly dramatic photos – I am happy to go for it and have a blast. On the other hand, I also understand if you don’t want your little ones to get wet and possibly miserable. This is your shoot and I want to provide you with the best possible photographs.

So on the day, we will meet at our discussed location and really let the magic start happening. My style is really relaxed and I will be giving you prompts and directions to get the best shots. Don’t worry – you really don’t have to be a professional model and know what to do, I’ll be guiding you through the session and grabbing the between moments as well. We have time, so there’s no rush. Once I know we have the photos to make up your gallery, we will head back to the cars and call it a night.

I would love to get the whole gallery to you the next day but unfortunately, that’s just not possible. What I do, is add a handful of previews into your gallery within 72 hours of our shoot. I aim to finish your entire gallery within 3-4 weeks and I will let you know once they’re ready – These will be in the same place as your previews.

Once you have chosen the images you love – these will be ready to download right away. If you would like to upgrade to more than the 10 digitals included – there are options on my page to do so. Once downloaded, these are yours to do as you wish. Share, print, etc. Feel free to tag me!

Yes! I hold seasonal 20-minute mini-sessions throughout the year - Bluebells, Daisies, Sunflowers, Autumnal, Summer, etc. I post the dates/times for these on my social media pages, these are very limited and usually sell out really quickly – so best to keep an eye out if you’re interested.
